Inside the indicator
Opening range
Initial Balance (IB) marks the high and low from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. ET as references for later price movement.
Volatility confirmation
The IB and Intraday Volatility Breakout (IVB) setups are evaluated separately against their price, volatility, and market-context conditions.
Risk controls
Stop, target, loss-limit, and position-size checks must pass before an alert can trigger. Both setups share a limit of at most one alert per session.
Some sessions produce no alert. Ambiguous one-minute bars that touch both sides are skipped.
Technical details
Pair it with the brief: start with the day's news, bias, key levels, and scenarios. Then use the indicator to check price confirmation and planned risk. The brief provides context; every alert still has to meet the indicator's own rules. Review the outcome in your journal and bring questions to the member calls.
Chart: use ES or MES on a 1-minute chart with standard candles in TradingView.
Data: confirmed ES prices, current NQ market data for IB setups, and completed daily average true range (ATR) values for IVB setups.
Confirmation: choose 5-, 10-, or 15-minute closing confirmation, or confirmed one-minute touches.
Signal limit: the first IB or IVB signal that passes the required checks uses the session's single alert.
Alerts: real-time webhook messages can include the setup type, price levels, planned risk, and ES/MES position size. Trade execution is manual or handled through separately configured automation.

How does onboarding work?
After joining, email us to arrange onboarding with your purchase email and TradingView username. We'll help set up your chart and provide a one-time access key for your Mianomics login. Read the setup instructions.
When can I read the pre-market brief?
Sign in to see the latest available edition and its date. A fixed daily publication time is not currently listed; ask member support about timing.
Does the indicator place trades automatically?
No. It provides alerts. Any connection to a broker or external automation requires separate setup, testing, and supervision.
Are trading results guaranteed?
No. No indicator or analysis can guarantee results. Futures involve substantial risk, and historical or simulated results do not predict future performance. The indicator and brief are educational tools, not personalized financial advice.
