Mianomics Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mianomics collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with this website, the private Mianomics member portal, pre-market intelligence, personal member journals, the IB + IVB Pro TradingView indicator, educational materials, customer support, and the Mianomics member community (collectively, the “Services”).
Whop, Discord, TradingView, website-hosting providers, and other third parties process information under their own privacy policies. This Policy applies only to personal information controlled by Mianomics.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with the Services, Mianomics may receive:
- Contact information, such as your name and email address;
- Member account information, including your chosen username, purchase email, display name, and a salted, hardened password verifier. Mianomics does not store your readable password;
- One-time access-key records, including a protected key hash, masked key suffix, and issue, expiration, redemption, or revocation timestamps;
- Managed sign-in identifiers used for administrator access, together with the verified administrator email and optional display name;
- Account identifiers, such as your Whop, Discord, and TradingView usernames;
- Purchase and access information, such as your selected plan, transaction identifier, payment status, renewal status, and access history;
- Member-portal records, such as your access status, sign-in timestamps, the plan recorded for access control, and administrator notes used to verify or support access;
- Personal-journal content you choose to save, such as trading accounts, trade details and results, notes, tags, screenshots, execution images, broker CSV imports, import mappings and journal preferences. Personal entries are not displayed to other members or through the administrator portal;
- Support communications, including messages, screenshots, error reports, and troubleshooting information you choose to provide;
- Community information, such as messages, moderation history, and reports submitted through Mianomics-managed spaces;
- Technical and security information, such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, access timestamps, and security logs made available by hosting or platform providers; and
- Records needed to verify licenses, prevent account sharing, respond to disputes, and enforce the Terms of Service.
Enter your member password only in the Mianomics sign-in or password-change form. Never send a password through email, support, community messages, administrator notes, or your personal journal, and never provide brokerage credentials, brokerage account numbers, API keys, seed phrases, private keys, or complete payment-card information.
2. How Information Is Collected
Mianomics may collect information:
- Directly from you when you email support, join the community, submit information, or otherwise communicate with Mianomics;
- Directly from you when you activate or sign in to a Mianomics member account;
- Directly from you when you create, revise, archive, or delete a personal-journal entry;
- From the managed sign-in provider when an authorized administrator authenticates to the administrator portal;
- From Whop when you purchase, renew, cancel, dispute, or request support for a product;
- From Discord or TradingView when needed to deliver or verify access that you request;
- Automatically through necessary website-hosting, security, and local preference technologies; and
- From service providers, fraud-prevention partners, payment processors, or authorities where permitted by law.
3. How Information Is Used
Mianomics may use personal information to:
- Deliver, administer, and maintain the Services;
- Verify purchases, subscriptions, licenses, and indicator or community access;
- Authenticate portal visitors, apply member or administrator permissions, protect paid reports and journal content, and keep personal-journal entries scoped to the member account that created them;
- Provide customer and technical support;
- Process cancellations, refund reviews, disputes, and access requests;
- Communicate about products, accounts, updates, security, and service changes;
- Preserve your selected light or dark website theme on your device;
- Detect fraud, account sharing, abuse, security incidents, and prohibited activity;
- Moderate the community and enforce the Terms of Service and related policies;
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, compliance, and dispute records; and
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, card-network rules, and regulatory obligations.
Where applicable, processing may be based on performance of a contract, compliance with law, consent, or Mianomics’ legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services.
4. Payments and Whop
Purchases are completed through Whop and its payment partners. Mianomics does not need or intentionally collect complete payment-card numbers.
Whop may provide Mianomics with transaction and account information needed to deliver access, provide support, prevent fraud, and respond to disputes. Whop separately controls information it collects through its marketplace, checkout, payment, and account services.

5. When Information May Be Shared
Mianomics may disclose information to:
- Whop and its payment partners for purchases, account administration, fraud prevention, refunds, and disputes;
- Discord and TradingView when needed to deliver, verify, secure, or terminate access;
- Website-hosting, security, email, support, and infrastructure providers;
- Professional advisers, including legal, accounting, tax, and insurance advisers;
- A successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business; and
- Courts, regulators, law enforcement, card networks, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute.
Mianomics does not receive payment for disclosing personal information. The Whop measurement pixel described below may share page-view and device information with Whop for traffic measurement and attribution.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, Measurement, and Hosting Logs
This website stores your selected light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. Mianomics uses a strictly necessary, secure session cookie after member sign-in; the cookie contains a random session token rather than a password. Authentication, hosting, and security providers may also use necessary technologies and process standard request and security logs.
Public pages also load a Whop measurement pixel that sends a page-view event to Whop. Mianomics uses it to understand traffic and attribute visits or purchases connected with Whop. When the pixel loads, Whop may receive information such as the page and referring URL, event time, browser or device information, IP address, and identifiers made available through cookies or similar technologies. The pixel is not loaded on member, administrator, dashboard, account, pre-market analysis, personal-journal, sign-in, activation, or related API pages. Whop processes information it receives under its own Privacy Policy.
Mianomics does not use the Whop pixel to build its own profile of your activity across unrelated websites. Whop may use information it receives according to its own privacy policy and settings.
You may clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may limit measurement and may affect necessary sign-in or security features.
7. Data Retention
Mianomics retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods vary by record type. Some information may remain in backups or be retained after an access or deletion request when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute resolution.
8. Data Security
Mianomics uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Mianomics cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your Mianomics username and password, Whop member account, Discord account, TradingView account, and email account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
9. International Processing
Mianomics and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, legally recognized safeguards may be used for international transfers.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of certain information;
- Request restriction of or object to certain processing;
- Request a portable copy of certain information;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- Appeal or complain to an applicable privacy regulator.
To submit a request, email mianomics@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify your account and request. Mianomics may need to verify your identity before responding.
These rights are not absolute. A request may be limited or denied where permitted by law, including when records must be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of nonessential promotional emails by using an unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting mianomics@gmail.com.
Mianomics may still send necessary service, access, billing, legal, or security communications.
12. Children
The Services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Mianomics does not knowingly collect personal information from a child through the Services. Contact Mianomics if you believe a child has provided personal information.

The Services may link to or depend on third-party platforms. Mianomics does not control their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information:

Mianomics may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, law, security practices, or business operations. The updated Policy will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
